fix your towers

been two weeks struggling with Telkom they are unable to fix connectivity issues they say that have fixed my issue but I am still not able to connect to the 4G network because there is no 4G network only network we have is telkom2G and Telkom4G after complaining and receiving this ref number ***4 I received a sms yesterday issue resolved but no one called me nor did they send out techs to come and look at the problem fine and well it shows on your system(Telkom) 4G but we don't have 4G in the area so would you please assist
