FIX YOUR NETWORK COVERAGE

I have 2 contracts with Telkom. one is an unlimited router 20Mbps LTE all hours deal and 10GB LTE wireless deal. both routers have network issues. I have tried to reboot the router and move it in different location but still no use. I am paying for services that I don't even receive. it has been a reoccurring problem and I can go a day without any network coverage!!! If I do get network coverage, by LUCK, then I am only able to browse for 2 minutes on the internet. This is upsetting cause I am paying for something that I don't even get??? Month to month deal but I do not have network coverage. Give customers what they pay for !!!!!
