Fix your mess please

Three of my lines were due for an upgrade however I only wanted to upgrade one and change another one to a sim only deal and the other a pre paid. An agent at the Kimberley Telkom store attempted to upgrade one line but an error occurred and she could not conclude that transaction, however their system shows that I was given a phone and have been billed for it. I have another issue with the minutes, when I try to call it says insufficient funds but when I check there are all networks minutes as well as Telkom to telkom minutes. Fix this Telkom.
