FIX THE WOOODGRANGE CELL TOWER

Telkom is one of the worst companies in the world. The engineers working for Telkom were probably hired with no qualifications. The service experience is some of the worst I've seen in my life. The issue with the Woodgrange Cell Tower has been reported by so many people they can see it's an issue yet they stand back and do nothing or probably click a few buttons on their computers to make things even worse. I WOULD NEVER use their service again period. I cannot and will not ever recommend this service to anyone. They could not even fix a basic internet issue in years. I personally called 100 time and counting. I am one of the people who probably called Telkom the most yet the tickets gets missing or you speak to an engineer who admits there is a issue and will come out to resolve the issue yet are never to be seen. THE ENGINEER NEVER COMES OUT. You should fire people like that and get people who actually knows things about networking.

I know we stay in a third-world country, and I can personally tell you that Telkom is a third-world service provider that does not have qualified people working for them.
