FIX PLEASE

Hello, i have been having trouble with my internet for months now and nothing is being done.<br> The problems i am experiencing are slow speeds and high pings and it is not my isp as i have tried multiple isps and the issue is still the same. i was told that 96% of my areas exchange is being used and that could mean it is being overloaded or congestion. There is a problem at the exchange because i was on a 10mb line and every week in had to report a problem that it was only syncing on a 8mb so everytime they just change the port by the exchange and that does not help i keep having problems so please update the exchange or do someting this is very irritating and a lot of people in the selcourt area are complaining about it. port recreate is also not going to work you have to check if the copper lines are faulty of fix the exchange im tired of telkoms issues i just want a normal working adsl line without having to phone them daily.
