Fix my wifi today

Im waiting for my wifi and landline to be fixed for over a week now im paralized and need a landline 24/7 anything could happen and its been a week that im struggling for a tech to come see what the problem is please come and fix it today ive phoned and logged a call more than 5 times allready. This is realy unacceptable for a big company to do this to their customers.
