Fix my wifi please
Router installed last week Tuesday today its not working .Logged a call *** and *** case query.Im marking this as "day 1"since your agent politley said they cannot give me a timeline as to when a technican will come out to fix this problem and judging from all the "business has not rep****" i really hope you reply to my query⁷

04 Aug 2020, 10:29still no internet .It is now a week with no connection and no urgency to resolve my issue .The same generic response from the customer service agents .A staff member at a store has mentioned that telkom has no intention of fixing the issue since its a cable theft issue .
