Fix my internet

I haven't had internet for more than a month now, it left the last time we had loadshedding and just never came back, this only happens in my area and I have tried to communicate this through calls, on Twitter and that useless WhatsApp line. I have even gone to the shop and they requested a call for me, while I was waiting for a call I has requested days earlier. They keep talking about their agents working remotely, like this isn't the reality for all of us, we are missing meetings and deadlines because the internet is down. And spending spending so much money trying to fix this and getting data, I've asked to be send APNs, for my simcard to be registered for 4G and LTE as a VAS, because I am hoping that will help, but I am fed up with Telkom,
