Fix my credit or I will take you to court
<p>This is the 3rd review I am doing and am still waiting for my money ****** from Telkom.</p> <p><br />I get no assistance and if someone helps me they just make it worse.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received my invoice today just to see that they want to deduct another R905.00 from my account which is suppose to be so much less and according to a phone call I made, I already paid for the month of September 2016 and Telkom is sitting with money they have deducted in error in last month.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want assistance as a matter of urgency or I will take this case further.</p> <p>I am fed up with this pathetic service and demand you ****** to refund me every last cent deducted from my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom, you guys are making me sick and I will never want to ever be a client with you.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will make a plan to cancel my contract ASAP and will defnitely make sure I tell everyone I know how pathetic you guys are. Do you work and stop *****ing my money.</p>
The reply to this is a copy and paste and means nothing to me. The only person whom contracted me from Telkom was someone trying to sell a contract which I don't understand. How pathetic must you be if you have much more than 1 case logged in your side and still try to sell stuff from me. Do your jobs and stop telling me someone is going to contact me. Pathetic people.
