FIX MY ACCOUNT

Telkom is overcharging me, they putva rejection fee which they caused it themselves and my payment date is 5th of every month and they debited on the 32l1st of October. I fought for it now im charged another payment rejection fee and one time fee which i dont understand the reason for it, my subscription is R545.46 debit date is 5th of each month but they just debit randomly so that they can profit on rejection fees, its too much i want my money back or cancel my contract.
