Fix Line Look Alike

<p>I was told that I have no choice but to change to a fix line look alike as the Telkom tower in my area will not be fixed - this after three months of logging complaint after complaint and still being billed and paying for a service I did not event have. Well I now changed to a fix line look alike and the signal is pathetic. I deal with clients and when they phone they cant hear me or the line just breaks up, very embarshing. Now I am being told by Telkom that the fix line look alike is not capable of making international calls!!! I work for an international company and my bosses are in the US and AU respectively and now I am told I can't even phone them when I need to speak to them! It is ridiculous!</p>
