Fix Land line look a like(No delivery)

Hi guys, recently i had to make fixed line look a like order due to cable theft in my area(Ennerdale). Its been almost 3 months without internet waiting for a promised delivery from telkom but nothing has happend.

when i call their sales department all you hear is system is slow, they cant assist me. This is one of the worst service i have ever experienced. i play games online and i earn money from doing that. Now i cant even prepare for online tournaments.
