Fix and refund me

Hi Guys, I signed 24 months contract with telkom in 2017 Nov and my contract ended in 2019 Dec,I just let my other sim active for Data and voice.I failed to make a payment of one month then Telkom started to overcharged me not to ask me pay for that amount I owed them. Now they added account subscription and once off charged which I do not understand why it was added due to i phoned them for cancellation and i did via **** internet however it didn't help.

I'm still not satisfied why you charged me account subscription while my contract ended and my account is on areas now.i know I owed you 70rand.I did pay but still you are continuing to my account anytime.Today you debited my money and it's in the mid month you not ashamed for robbing poor people.

I want you to reverse that money you debited and please not subscription fee which is R202-00 I am not going to pay it because I only owed you 70Rand.
