FIVE weeks now and still no internet. Not even a technician has made contact

<p>Its been a full five weeks now with no internet. Yet Telkom bills as though we used the line. There hasn't been a single response to my HelloPeter complaints. If anyone knows of an alternative to Telkom PLEASE SUGGEST. ANYTHING.</p>
