First worse encounter with Telkom

<p>Telkom,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have app**** for a portable router and I'm still waiting for the delivery. I called the office's several time with no success. I was not even issued with the reference number for my order. It's a nightmare... And for one to terminate the contract for something I didn't receive will require me to complete a form which will take more 20 days to chance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Annoyed,</p> <p> </p>
