First missing DSTV explorer , now missing modem

When I bought into getting an ADSL line at home, I took a R699 special which included a modem and DSTV explorer decoder. The shop told me it would be all be delivered by the installers. They did bring a modem but no DSTV, they said the shop should supply that. With a lot of billing issues I had to go back into the store and managed to get it corrected, it seems the staff member didn't load it correctly. Again was told DSTV would be delivered to me. Nothing and it's almost been 8 months now.<br> <br> Next, this year my Telkom mobile needed to be renewed, was offered a LTE modem as part of the new contract. After a failed delivery attempt (wife told them she would only be at work in the morning and they still tried to deliver in the afternoon.) Then they didn't issue stock to the driver, now .... nothing. Telkom ... you realize your staff are *****ING you blind when this hardware doesn't get to a client, where does it go? Junkmail? Two incidents and thats on two different contracts on two different divisions, how many more just slip under the mat? I'm very disappointed.
