first in first out policy not being utilised

i bought data that would expire on the 9th march on the 9th of February. i then bought more data on the 15th of February. telkom then used my last data bought and finished it before the one i bought on the 9th.

i called their customer service and they told me that their policy is last in first out. after checking their terms and conditions it clealy states that data will be utilised in first in first out basis.

now i forfeit 40 gigs of data
