First every bad experience with Telkom since I joined in 2010. The poor network I'm used to it by now ????

Three days ago I was given more than a Hundred Gb by Telkom mobile. I used about 15 Gb of the hundred Gb. Today when I woke up the data was gone ???? I called the customer service spoke to a lady called Lulama and said she can not tell me where all the data went. There's no record of me having 100 Gb. I tried explaining but it was a lost battle. I have messages to prove that I indeed did get the data!

Telkom mobile keeps failing us customers everyday and it's getting worse.
