Firewall replacement frustration

Our firewall has been down from the 03rd Feb 16, We have since reported the matter to telkom which promised to replace it by fri the 12th. We have been waiting ever since, calling Telkom back & forth with no luck. We still haven't received the firewall as yet. Its been 6days now without internet, disappointed with Telkom. They promise good service but don't deliver.
