Fire the Telkom CEO

Double debit order and then sms telling me my account is overdue? trying to find a way to communicate with telkom is impossible as they have made it very difficult to use any of there so called "customer help"(sic) options. fire the CEO as he or she doesn't have clue wats happening in the business.
