Finrite / Telkom Insurance is Trash

Where the hell is my phone. My phone was taken in for repairs last week Tuesday and was told I would receive a Quote within the week.

Today is the 09th day I didn’t get nothing, I phoned the repair centre they cannot confirm if they had received the phone or not nor the stories add up from what store is telling to what the repairs centre is saying.

The guy at the store called the repairs centre and they say they have a backlog on claims, with that my phone is has not been assessed. What frustrated me is the nerve of them saying they would only attend to this in two weeks’ time. Is Telkom expecting me to pay for a device not in my possession?

I want my phone returned to me by Tomorrow, I will fix it myself and the Wefix will claim from Finrite. You people know we have **** to do with ours phones in my case I don’t have a spare phone plus my apps are in that device.

Don’t think I will pay the R189.75 for rejection on quote that I never received in the first place.
