Finrite Telkom - Bad experience (ignored)

I have mailed at least 7 times - I have paid excess fee. I have ben confirmed for replacement as they were unable to fix the my broken phone as confirmed in mails sent from Finrite.

I am being completely ignored - this is not giving me a good impression at all. I won't ever consider or recommend Finrite to anyone out there. absolutely poor poor service.

I WANT MY PHONE !!
