Finrite is the worse insurer

Finrite is not best option to insure your phone. They provide the worst service one can imagine. The call centre never answers the phone, emails are not responded either. Its been two days trying to call and no one picks up the line. Its day 3 today and no bothers to respond to my claim but they very quick to debit the monthly subscription. I sent follow up emails and get pathetic response reading "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: 'TelkomInsurance' (***) The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly" What bull**** is this. I need my phone urgently
