Finrite is a useless cellphone insurance

finrite is bringing telkom's reputation into the dogs and telkom is allowing it by not willing to separate the billing.If finrite is not delivering, as a customer i have a right not to pay them because i am paying for an non existant device anyway but telkom forces u to pay a combined bill or else they will suspend your sims. TERRIBLE!

When you call them they give you a run around after which their line is not existing or rings non stop, no reply to emails, and telkom tells u they cant assist in anyway but they take the money.
