FINRITE INSURANCE

If I could give no stars I would... Telkom Finrite is the worst!!!... I have sent my device for repairs via telkom finrite insurance the 2nd of November 2019 and its already February 2020. I tried calling and sending emails to find out when do I get my device and the details on payment for access but no reply at all since last year. I call Finrite head office and they useless as well. I want to cancel my insurance with them but I can't get a hold of them in anyway , they don't answer their phones nor reply to the emails. Please people do not sign up with Finrite , it's a waste and they are useless.
