Finrite and telkom

Telkom and finrite insurance still hasn't sort out my problems. An insurance claim submitted on the 9 of November still no feedback.

Telkom says i must deal with Finrite. When contacted them they keep on promising to get back to me.

Whats the point of insuring your devices?
