Finrite administrator Telkom insurance

Terrible service I got from Telkom insurance administers by Finite Administrators. Have put a claim on the 4August 2018, and I was never told of my claim was approved or declined, until I called and was told it was approved.

Some forms were sent to me and I filled them in, and a week later I called and had to be told to pay an access fee of about R750, which I paid instantly. A week went by without receiving any response or feedback from them, I called and had to be told that a phone will be ordered for me,. Few days passed, and I called to ask about the progress, which I was told I need to select another devise as the one I insured is no longer in the market. I selected the phone the next day and had to wait for another week to receive my devise. After a week has elapsed, I called and had to be put on the line for more than 30 minutes twice until they hanged up on me. I eventually went to their offices based at 389c Ontdekkers Rd | Florida | 1709 where I was told that the phone has just been ordered TODAY!!!!!!!!!

IF YOU DOMT CALL, NOTHING HAPPENS. IMAGINE PAYING FOR A DEVICE THAT YOU ARE NOT USING!!!!!!! Disgusting service by Telkom insurance!!!!! I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY INSURANCE WOTH THEM, AND PLEASE BE ADVISED, NEVER BOTHER TO TAKE ANY INSURANCE WITH TELKOM!!!!
