Finrite

I had a contract with Telkom and my contract ended last year November, which I've canceled cause I didn't see the need of it anymore but sad cause they couldn't help with canceling my insurance they told me I should do that for myself and I've been trying to get hold of the finrite insurance for 4months they not picking up their call nor replying my emails.. I honestly don't know what to do cause they still debit money which I don't know why... Please help
