I called Telkom on the 2 December 2022 To cancel my contract with Telkom as it was due. Spoke to a young man Thinasonke Nkomo Who assisted me to cancel the contract being end of the contract , I even told these Young man Thinasonke. I have a bad record of Telkom with Bad service He promised me that it is cancelled and My last debit order will be on December 20th but still today Telkom still want to debit me

I realized he did not cancel The contract Than on the 2nd of January visited Telkom at Wonda park Mall assisted by Sihles17l Who confirmed the contract was only cancelled on the someday of January 2, 2023 By the same Thinasonke, Sihle did explain to me that he cancelled it to day for me to be debited on January 2023. Wish they debited me on January still Telkom has a reputation of being ******. They still want to debit me for February.
