FINANCE STUPIDITY

I have been using the online portal to download my statements, up until 4 months ago you can't anymore. You go in store and they claim the system is having issues and they have my email incorrectly but they've emailed me previously on it. You can't phone them. Such pathetic service but let you withhold their deduction, then they first to phone you. They've only gone back on their service offered. Shocking man
