Finally got feedback
I requested feedback from Telkom on why the line I app**** for was not yet installed and got two calls from Telkom staff members explaining the situation in great detail. They took the time to explain what the problem was, what is being done to resolve it and gave me new estimated dates for installation. Thanks for the feedback!
