Finally good service from Telkom

I got a new line at the beginning of January, and requested a migration of the ADSL line to my ISP. Telkom 4 times gave my ISP a response that there is a pending order, so the line could not be migrated. This after I phoned Telkom's call centre numerous times, being advised that there is no pending order (see complaint I posted). Mickey was finally able to assist me. She was efficient with her answers and promised a call back once she gets feedback. Within 30 minutes she phoned me back explaining the issue and promised to call me back in the morning with the final outcome.
