Finally a competent person

After struggling days with telkom customer service and trying to get a correct date as to when my line will be installed, after about 23 calls to customer service, Finally Dane Conradie answered my call and helped me out, he could tell me the date my line will be installed, he even tried to get an earlier date for me, i explained to him about getting an adsl line, he mailed me the necessary information and is even going to try and get it done for me as soon as possible. This is the type of people we need to be working at Telkom, he didnt sound irritated and he was patient. Let him give the rest of the workers training on how to work with people, Thanks Dane, I think I will wait 4 hours on hold just to get the proper customer service. give that guy a raise or promotion.
