I received a router with no coverage in my area i putva complaint on hellopeter and im happy to say my matter has been resolved and i even have credit on my account it took a long time and lotsvof phone calls but finally sorted My advice is use hellopeter and find one contact person at the institution so that you dont have to explain yourself over and over THANK YOU HELLOPETER
