Filthy service..sies

Telkom is ****, I have a contract monate sim with them..they changed the debit date without y consent..they took R1300 when they already debited whay I owe them..they were supppsed to debit R300 for March and nothing for April because the service was switched off..they promised to call me toll today after two months no one has called or corrected this. I want my money ***.
