Field technician does not help when called out to my premises

<p>I logged a fault with my isp and they sent Telkom out to have a look at the issue </p> <p>the guy gets here does not no what he is doing </p> <p>states I just lower my internet speed but I've had this speed for 1 year without a issue </p> <p>then statws that he will go to the exchange point and see then leaves my residence without fixing the problem </p> <p>it's a constant battle between my isp Mweb and Telkom </p> <p>nobody wants to take action and resolve my issue but still the monthly payment is being debited of my account but my internet service is not working </p> <p>I am constantly being pushed from pillar to post</p> <p>with no resolution to the problem I would not recommend Telkom to anybody </p>
