Fibre wifi

I have recieved such a bad experience from Telkom as they were to install Fibre to my home which never happened and they started debiting my account with no service was rendered and since than they have been harressing me and put me on debt control as I did speak to one of their lawyers and emailed. I was forced to pay money that I don't have to pay in order to come off the debt control and everytime I have a interaction with them they give bad service n keep referring me up and down withput solving the matter
