FIBRE, WHAT FIBRE?

Hi, I have installed a UNCAPPED FIBRE LINE that costs R599 per month. Great response on installation, billing is the problem. Apparently now, there are additional costs for an UNCAPPED service (no idea how this happens). I have paid this and now 2 WEEKS LATER I am sent back and forth without any internet service at home. I am ready to cancel my contract and move to a provider that actually knows about customer service. You can actually hear how annoyed the agent on the line gets with you when asking questions. Sick and tired of this.
