Fibre uncapped ****

Hi. Just received my statement and the total is not correct. I took the fibre uncapped package for R499 but my invoice states R799. I'm billed R300 more. 2nd bill arrived and with the same amount and now my line is cutt. Tried to contact them via phone, email but no response.
