Fibre to complex gatehouse

Want to apply for the R399 fibre deal for the camera recording system at our complex gatehouse. According to the lady that phoned be this cannot be done as the gatehouse dont have a unit number. Really. Telkom fibre is in our complex and runs 1 meter from the gatehouse inside our complex and because I cannot give her a unit number I cannot have the service. Shocking
