Fibre speed slow and no Feedback from Telkom

Dear Telkom

We are continuously experiencing a very slow internet speed for a Telkom Fibre Line. It is supposed to be a 20mbps fibre line but are not receiving even close to that speed.

We have sent numerous emails to escalate the problem and dont receive any response from Telkom.

Ignoring a customer is no way to do business and we will be moving over to another service provider!
