Fibre service offered but not delivered

Telkom called me a while back offering me a deal on Fibre ADSL. They sent an e mail on 30.10.2015 under reference ***. However when I still a month later heard nothing from Telkom I called the number on the SMS ***and spoke to the rudest call Centre agent, Solly, ever. He tells me he is not in Telemarketing and there is no order loaded against my name.<br> <br> I just wonder where I get the SMS from then? He tells me to call Telemarketing in spite of his number being on the SMS. I called *** to find out what happened to this order but this number just rings.<br> Why we put up with this non delivery and pathetic service from Telkom I honestly don't know.
