Fibre relocation services

No communication from opensev to relocated our Fibre on the 5th of April 2022 afrihost to Openserv. we still have not received assistance we are given a run around when it comes to cancelling our current line they have been pending a technician since these people don't care about service they chase money Afrihost and Openserv are giving us the see yourself out attitude I spoke to consultants at afrihost who are pending feedback from Opensev this is the worst service ever. Openserv has technicians who have been layzing around our area Alberton in company cars yet there are no available technicians to assist.
