Fibre Problems

Fibre is useless. Ours drops continually all day/night long from the time that Telkom forced us to go over to Fibre, since they no longer supporyed landlines and ADSL in our estates. Since I have been with Mweb as ISP for many years, I decided to do fibre through them. I took uncapped, unthrottled but it keeps on dropping every day and I no longer have wifi throughout my house. No signal on the ground floor. Mweb tried to help us telephonically but it is a waste of time and they do no have call out services. We cannot connect to wifi or our internet through DSTV. I am fed up. Who can help to sort this out please?
