Fibre Package with addition benefit.. 3G integrated sim

I have app**** for the internet to be installed at my house via Fibre... Package that was chosen had a Sim card attached to it with a 3G integrated sim that I can move around with which has not been activated even now... It's been 3 months now with no help instead I am being send from one department to another... Need help urgently... This was the benefit that I was promised when I took the Fibre package...
