FIBRE PACKAGE PREM INCREASE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

I currently have a home Fibre contract for 399pm. This month the bill is R150 more. The client services advised its due to a tariff increase. I have no recollection of being notified of this. I did not agree to this change. Someone needs to contact me asap.
