FIBRE ORDER cancelled because there is fibre in our complex BUT just not to my unit?!

Got a call this morning. So Telkom what is the use if you advertise and promote Fibre cause copper are being discontinued?! I ordered your fibre special for R499-00. AND YOU'VE CANCELLED IT! WHY???? ---> Because there IS TELKOM FIBRE in my complex but just not to my UNIT! Being the chairperson of the trustees in my complex I will sure see to it to it that where we are using using Telkom to run outr business that it will be replaced as soon as possible.
