Fibre optic cables

A few months ago my fibre optic cables were installed. I was promised amazing network and will never have issues ect. but yet its been again a month without internet and yy phone line hardly works. I have smsd faults, I have called the call centre and logged faults i have been to the branches and still nothing. Im paying for a services that isnt even working. When they installed it, it wasnt done correctly and i was without internet for 2 months, now another month. I run a business from home. The service is absolutely pathetic. words cannot describe how angry i am. I just want a technician to come put and fix the lines.....
