Fibre Network installed in our area, no service YET!!!!

<p>So our Fibre network was installed in our area and finalized and approved by Telkom in August. Till now when I phone them they still say I am not covered for Fibre and they can not tell me when our Network will be active and that we are still in the planned stage. This is horrible service, must we really wait so long? ANY info would be welcome. Must I rather go for LTE uncapped? Will the Fibre installation ever be activated before March this year when their specials are over? I have a feeling they are waiting till their specials are over so that we all must pay the premium for installation, what a bunch of ****** they are. ACTIVATE THE ALREADY FINISHED NeTwoRK ALReADY.</p>
