Fibre migration

An application for fibre was made at the Glen mall for a fibre migration on 26 March 2021 with a speed advertised. My neighbor made an application for the exact same package on 30th March at the same outlet on 30th March. My neighbors migration was completed on 1 April. I have been following up since. Today, almost 2 months later I am told that my request cannot be completed as there's no space in my area for the migration. I need to wait until someone cancels to have my request actioned.
